 Changing Tastes is working with the Global Aquaculture Alliance to identify the market levers that can help consumers choose fish and seafood more often and with greater confidence. Our insights assist the seafood industry to understand how issues of ocean health and the wellbeing of coastal communities, social equity, and forced labor, and animal welfare all affect the food choices made by consumers, retailers, and restaurant hospitality executives. With this new knowledge, we are able to assist in building a better business case for third party certification and raising standards in the seafood industry.
